The ESL Noncredit Intermediate-High Certificate of Oral Skills is designed to meet the needs of students whose first language is other than English. This certificate provides essential language skills for students to be able to communicate effectively in their community and career. It also provides the listening, speaking, and student skills to be successful in further career training or credit college programs.
