English Language Learning - Basic

The English Language Learning--Basic, Certificate of Competency will serve a growing community of English learners with little to no knowledge of the Roman alphabet. It aims to give adult English learners literacy skills upon which they may begin to develop their English skills.

A certificate in a recognized career field articulated with degree-applicable coursework, completion of an associate degree, or transfer to a baccalaureate institution.
