Classes feature a broad background of preparation in math and science in such associated disciplines as mathematics, geology, physics, chemistry, biology, as well as economics.\n\n#### Program Learning Outcome(s)\n\nUpon completion of this program, students will be able to:\n\n1. Analyze natural phenomena using fundamental scientific principles in the physical and biological sciences.\n2. Analyze natural phenomena using appropriate mathematical and computational tools employed in the physical and biological sciences.\n3. Conduct a literature search, identify and evaluate legitimate sources, and clearly communicate the results.\n4. Perform scientific experiments, mathematically analyze the data, and evaluate the results.\n\n##### **Environmental Science (AS): Program Requirements**"
