Completion of these courses and earning a Certificate of Competency demonstrates a student's readiness for high-intermediate level ESL coursework as well as mastery in the intermediate English reading, writing and grammar skills required for the workplace.\n\n#### Program Learning Outcomes\n\nUpon the successful completion of this program, students should be able to:\n\n1.
