The Certificate of Proficiency in Basic Employability Preparation assists students in developing an understanding of college and job readiness skills and professional communication required in the workplace. The focus is on providing skills for integrated employment, such as demonstrating healthy behaviors in interpersonal engagement, social settings, and employment opportunities. Successful completion of this certificate prepares students for entry-level customer service positions.
